YOUR RENTAL REQUEST

How we use your details

When you request a LocalFriend quote, we save your name, email address, rental preferences, optional budget and message. We use these details to review demand and contact you about your request.

Your request is stored in our private request inbox. We may email rental-request details to the LocalFriend team at aloha@podtel.org. Request records are hosted through the website’s hosting provider. They are not displayed publicly.

Submitting a request does not book a rental or take payment. We do not automatically send your contact information to the rental providers shown in the comparison. We will discuss options with you before making a booking arrangement.

We may save the campaign source, a recognized campaign-link label, or referring website with your request to understand how you found us. Temporary browser-tab values preserve this information as you move between our pages; we do not save the full referring URL. We use a temporary hashed connection identifier to limit abusive submissions. The form keeps a temporary request identifier in this browser tab to avoid duplicate submissions during retries.

Please do not include card numbers, identity documents or other sensitive details. To ask about, correct or request deletion of your information, email aloha@podtel.org.
